Neither Hero Nor Girl by SmartKIN (plasmagun89)
Pairing: Frank Crawley/Maxim de Winter
Theme set: 2
Rating: PG-13
Warning: Slash
Beta: Mrs. James Norrington, thanks, you helped me a lot!
Note: The sentences have no order, I just wanted to portray their relationship with all its ups and downs. Uh yeah, this is part of the 1sentence challenge on LJ.
Author: SmartKIN (plasmagun89)
Rating: PG-13
Warning: Crossover with Doctor Who (no spoiler there)
Spoiler: Children of the Earth Day 4
Summary: A fix-it for Day 4. Because it needs to be fixed.
A/N: I completely adore science fiction, because only here you can pull off something like this (well, not counting fairy tales and fantasy).
I'm feeling warm and sad and happy and angry all the same right now. It is highly disconcerning, so much I can tell you. Now, that the show is over after five great years, I feel kinda homesick. No Rodney banter every weekend, no more of Shepprad's suicide mission, which the team has to stop, no more of his patented eyebrow looks, no more of Ronon's grumpy answeres, as scrace as they might be, no more of Teyla's great sense of mocking humour..
But I am still so happy as how everything turned out to be, actually. I knew that there was character bashing going on, because of Keller/McKay, but fortunately, I've not been looking much on fansites or journals lately, because I absolutely adore both of them. Of course, there is still my slashy brain, feeding me Sheppard/Rodney ideas, but I don't mind them being together at all.
I really hope the fandom survives the end of the show as a whole (even if I myself am at a point where I have no idea what to write anymore, because some people allready said it all xD), it would be a shame, really.
So. Thats everything I have to say right now.. still feeling sad, though.
7 Islamic, 6 Impressionist, 1 Ukiyo-e, -23 Cubist, -12 Abstract and 4 Renaissance!

Islamic art is developed from many sources: Roman, Early Christian, and Byzantine styles were taken over in early Islamic architecture; the architecture and decorative art of pre-Islamic Persia was of paramount significance; Central Asian styles were brought in with various nomadic incursions; and Chinese influences . Islamic art uses many geometical floral or vegetable designs in a repetitive pattern known as arabesque. It is used to symbolize the transcendent, indivisible and infinite nature of Allah.
People that like Islamic art tend to be more traditional people that appreciate keeping patterns that they learned and experienced from their past. It is not to say that they are not innovative personalities, they just do not like to let go of their roots. They like to put new ideas into details and make certain that they will work before sharing them with others. Failure is not something they like to think about because they are more interested in being successful and appreciated for their intelligence. These people can also be or like elaborate things in their life as long as they are tasteful. They tend to prefer geometric patterns and vibrant colors.

First of all.. I had to wait to calm down enough to actually write this! The whole episode was awesome! This is why I love this show so damn much, it freaks me out! But still.. beautiful, gorgeous show!
Two days ago I talked about enjoying everything MGM will throw at us in the future as I’ll possibly be able to and now such a great episode. This is why I love SciFi and SGA so much. Thank you guys!!
I actually cried so much I thought I’ll melt away. This is me, silly and emotional.
It was a very beautiful end and there wasn’t really anything in this ep that I didn’t like. I really can say that this is my favorite ep so far. God it was so great.
